VR treadmill walking may cause dizziness, nausea, fatigue, imbalance, or falls. Start slowly, use a safe space, and stop immediately if you feel discomfort.

2. Treadmill safety

Use treadmill safety features where available, including handrails, emergency stop clips, and conservative speed settings. Do not use VR on a treadmill if you cannot do so safely.
